My name is Heath Wilson. I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.

Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.
In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
About Me
I live in The Woodlands, Texas. I'm not only a Commercial and Residential inspector but I am also a licensed Real Estate agent. In other words, I understand how important an inspection is from both sides. I can communicate well with not only the buyer/seller but the real estate agent as well. I am married to a wonderful woman that I am very grateful to have in my life. We are blessed with 3 children (2 sons and a daughter) and 2 rescue dogs. My most recent project is restoring a 1969 Chevrolet truck with my son. I'm also an enthusiastic football fan. Go Pats and Bucks! And love supporting the community by going to Friday night high school football games. I am very involved in my kids activities - from my daughter's basketball games to my older son's JROTC competitions.
